Publisher Properties / Spends Tab

The Spends tab of the Publisher Properties page shows two tables. One table summarizes the total spend per each year over a period of 5 years for that publisher. The second table details the total spend over the last three years by quarter (Q1 2022, Q2 2022, and so on) under contract.

The Summarized spend over five years table is read-only.

Column Name	Description
Variation	The difference in the amount of money spent per year. Shown in percentage. A variation from zero or to zero will display “100%” or “-100%”. For example, if no money was spent in 2022, but money was spent in 2023, then the variation value is “100%”.
Year (2023, 2022 etc)	The total spend for that year.

The following Spend properties are available by default in the Detailed spend contract over three years table. Use the column chooser to display other Spend properties.

Data in both tables coincide with each user's access rights and what they are authorized to see. For example, if a user is restricted to viewing contracts in the UK, then only UK based contract data is displayed.

Column Name	Description
Contract	The contract associated with the publisher. If a purchase is not linked to a contract, the spend will appear as “None”.
Q[1,2,3 OR 4] [YEAR]	The total spend for that quarter under contract.
