Exporting Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Azure CSP MCA Reservation Information

You can export your organization’s Azure or Microsoft Azure Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Modern Commerce Agreement (MCA) Reservation information to a CSV file to track, share, or perform calculations on coverage.

To export Microsoft Azure or Azure CSP MCA Reservation information:

1. Go to the Reserved Instances page (Cloud > Commitments > Reserved Instances).

2. Click the Microsoft Azure tab.

3. Click the Export CSV button. Hover over the button icon to view the button name.

   note

   Regardless of the number of filters selected by clicking the Columns button, all filters are exported to the CSV file. Hover over the button icon to view the button name.

   tip

   To calculate your organization’s Azure Reservation coverage levels, you can export the Reservation Order ID and Instance Quantity (number of Reservations purchased) into a CSV file and combine that exported information with instance counts to calculate Reservation coverage levels.
