Overview Tab for ServiceNow Licensing OAuth2

The ServiceNow Overview Tab includes insights related to your organization’s ServiceNow account and ServiceNow licenses managed in SaaS Management. For more information, see the following links:

ServiceNow Licensing OAuth2 Account Information

At the top of the ServiceNow Licensing OAuth2 Managed SaaS Applications page are pills in the shape of ovals that display information related to your managed ServiceNow application in SaaS Management. For more information, see the following table.

ServiceNow Account InformationDescription
Est. Annual SpendDisplays the estimated annual spend associated with your managed ServiceNow application.
ReleaseDisplays the ServiceNow release name associated with your managed ServiceNow application. Knowing the release name helps you understand your organization’s upgrade path as ServiceNow releases a new version at least once a year with new fixes, functionalities, and features. Example: Vancouver If your ServiceNow instance requires an upgrade, ensure the upgrade is successfully completed. Otherwise, the ServiceNow API returns an incorrect Release value, which is then displayed in SaaS Management.
Sandbox InstancesDisplays the number of active ServiceNow sandbox instances that are managed in SaaS Management. If your organization does not manage any sandbox instances in SaaS Management, a dash “ - ” is displayed.

Subscription Management User Licenses Insights for ServiceNow Licensing OAuth2

The Overview tab includes a Subscription Management User Licenses table to display the ServiceNow user licenses managed in SaaS Management using the License Information integration task.

If data is not available in SaaS Management for any of the following Licenses table columns, a dash “ - ” is displayed in the respective column.

Licenses Table ColumnDescription
License NameSee Overview Tab Licenses Table for SaaS Applications that Support License Differentiation.
SKU NumberDisplays the SKU number of the ServiceNow License Name .
Measured Role TypesFollowing are the possible measured role types associated with the ServiceNow subscription: Admin Approver Business Stakeholder Fulfiller Requester Time Card User .
ApplicationsDisplays the number of applications linked to a ServiceNow subscription. Clicking the Applications count link opens an Applications slideout that includes the following features: Names of applications that are linked to a subscription. The Applications link opens the application’s details in the Applications tab. Total Actions associated with each application for the last 3 months. The number is the sum of the Total Access , Total Edit , and Total Fulfillment actions count in the Applications tab. Application Type as either out-of-the-box ( OOTB ) or Custom . SaaS Management does not display ServiceNow OOTB subscription applications that do not have any roles associated with them.

Subscription Management Consumption Licenses Insights for ServiceNow Licensing OAuth2

The Overview tab includes the Subscription Management Consumption Licenses table to display the ServiceNow consumption licenses managed in SaaS Management using the License Information integration task.
