If you are using the Technology Intelligence Platform version of IT Visibility’s export, information in this section is not applicable to you. Instead, see IT Visibility Data Export Using Technology Intelligence Platform. To check whether you are using Technology Intelligence Platform or Pre-Technology Intelligence Platform version, go to the Data Export page (IT Visibility > Data Exports). If you see two buttons for exporting—a Create Export button and a Create Export (Beta) button—you are using a Pre-Technology Intelligence Platform version (export version 1 or version 2). If you only see the Create Export button, you are either on the Technology Intelligence Platform version or export version 3. | 1 | TechnopediaGUID | UUID | The unique Technopedia ID for Software Lifecycle. |
| 2 | TechnopediaGUIDType | String | The level/type the Technopedia ID is related to. This is primarily directed to the Type field except in the case of "owner" where it is directed to "manufacturer". |
| 3 | GeneralAvailabilityDate | String | The date that the product is generally available through official vendor distributions, standardized to follow BDNA’s date format. |
| 4 | GeneralAvailabilityException | String | The reason why the general availability date is not available. |
| 5 | EndofLifeDate | String | The last date when full support for a product is provided by the vendor, standardized to follow BDNA’s date format. Partial support may still be available. |
| 6 | EndofLifeException | String | The reason why the end-of-life date is not available. |
| 7 | EndofLifeSupportLevel | String | The name of support level that marks the end-of-life as published by the vendor. |
| 8 | ObsoleteDate | String | The last date by which any support is provided by the vendor, standardized to follow BDNA’s date format. The only support available after this date might be self-help online support. |
